What we are looking for: We are currently hiring for 2 newly createdpermanent positions to be part of our operations team in our Hunter Street, Newcastle office.
You'll be working as part of a team of Credit Analysts to assess credit applications for our personal loan and credit card products.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Manage the day-to-day business operations in customer support and underwritingReview and assess a broad range of complex credit applicationsPrepare, undertake and produce credit submissionsGather information and data required for credit submissionsEnsure a smooth credit submission processAssess and approve credit submissionsConduct credit reviewsGathering information on all applicantsMonitoring and improving customer communication, messages and channelsEnsure MoneyMe maintains compliance with all legislation requirementsTo be successful in this role you must have the following:
