What we are looking for: The Credit Analyst position will be responsible for day-to-day business operations.
The underwriting aspect of the role fundamentally involves credit risk assessment on secured loans.
It is an inherent part of the role to deliver quality customer service experience over the phone and email with customers.
Responsibilities for this position include: Manage all business operations that involve customer interactions.Own customer support interactions from start to finish and use metrics to streamline and improve them.Underwrite, analyze, and assess credit applications within the boundaries of your delegated authority.Ensure credit decisions are responsible and compliant with all legislative requirements.Conduct credit risk assessment on secured personal loans following MONEYME's lending criteria and legislative requirements.Deliver the best customer service experience in all forms of communications, including but not limited to phones and emails.Communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis, covering a range of transactions, including credit inquiries through direct calling, SMS, and email.Traverse between MONEYME, My OzMoney, SocietyOne and other brands as necessary.Seek guidance from peers and leaders and escalate appropriate matters to deliver better outcomes.Protect customer information and sensitive data at all times.Stay up to date and maintain compliance on all other legislative requirements.To be successful in this role you must have the following: A sharp mind and strong analytic mindset.Superior organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously and complete projects while multitasking.Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with external and internal partners.Enthusiasm and ambition to learn broader aspects of the business.Business instincts – inherently curious by nature.Drive and hustle to optimise the customer experience and ensure the highest level of service.High-class people skills and excellent phone manner.At MoneyMe, we value: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate within and across teams and functions.Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges.Ability to work independently and self-motivated.Strong time management skills with the ability to deliver quality work efficiently.Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What's in it for you: At MONEYME we believe in rewarding hard work.
