The Role Looking for a fresh start or career change? Adbri is seeking an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Credit Administrator to join our team in Thebarton. Whether you're new to the field or have some experience, this role offers the chance to learn and grow within a supportive environment. You'll be a key player in helping manage our credit processes and protecting our company's revenue through efficient customer interactions and cash collections.

Responsibilities Manage emails and assist with customer portal inquiries.Help process statements, invoice copies, and credit card refunds.Support the Credit Team with daily administration tasks.Assist with resolving payment discrepancies and reconciling accounts.Work closely with the Senior Credit Controller and gain hands-on experience in collections and bank reconciliations.Build strong relationships with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing) and external customers.What You Need to Succeed No prior credit experience required – we'll teach you!
