About the position: We are seeking a dynamic Credit Administration Assistant to join our Finance Team.
This purpose of this role is to work with our experienced and close-knit Credit team in an administrative support capacity, assisting with financial paperwork, responding to email and phone queries, and other ad-hoc duties as required.
This is a part-time 9-month fixed-term contract opportunity, based at our Crestmead site, making it perfect for those getting back into the workforce or who are looking for flexibility in their weeks!
The successful candidate will work to support the Credit team Tuesday to Thursday, totalling 22.8 hours.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the credit team.
Manage and process Proof of Deliveries (POD) and Purchase Order (PO) requests.
Handle the preparation and distribution of invoices and statement copies.
Monitor and respond to emails in a prompt manner to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Perform basic phone duties, including taking messages for, and directing calls to, appropriate team members.
Assist with various other ad hoc duties as required to support the teams' operations.

Experience in the financial services industry, with experience in PO's, POD's and invoices.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, whilst being adaptable to support the team.
