Creator Campaign Manager (Part Time & Remote OK) To help with new client wins, REBORN has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Creator Campaign Manager to join our team.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a nimble, fast-paced, independent agency environment and is happy to work part-time remotely. The role on offer is 3 days per week, and we are open to discussing how those days fall throughout the week.
THE ROLE: Our Creator Campaign Manager is the driving force behind our creator-driven campaigns. Social-media-minded, proactive, and with exceptional organisational and communication skills, our Creator Campaign Manager is key to the successful execution of campaigns from start to finish.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the creator economy and can seamlessly manage relationships with creators, brands, and agencies. You'll oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, navigating the ever-evolving social landscape while ensuring campaigns run smoothly and achieve their objectives. Your strong negotiation skills and financial acumen will help manage budgets and grow client relationships, ensuring our campaigns deliver tangible results.

TASKS: Develop and manage creator-driven campaign strategies
Manage relationships with creators, agencies, and brand partners
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimisation
Negotiate deals with creators, influencer and talent agencies/platforms and manage client budgets
Track campaign performance, analyse data, and adapt strategies as needed
Handle challenges that may arise during campaign execution
Provide regular reports on campaign progress to stakeholders
Work closely with the account service and production team to build creative opportunities for brands
Build relationships with clients and potential clients to grow the business
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the creator economy, digital entertainment, and social media
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
Experience managing creator-driven campaigns or similar roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent negotiation and budget management skills
Familiarity with influencer marketing, media partnerships, and creator networks
Ability to analyse performance data and make strategic adjustments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passionate about the creator economy and digital content trends
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and a critical thinker
