THE ROLE In this role, you will drive Muscle Nation's creative marketing strategy across all channels, leveraging cultural insights and data-driven decisions to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our community.
You'll bridge the gap between analytical and creative teams, transforming market insights into actionable creative briefs that maintain our brand's innovative edge in the fitness industry.
As our Creative Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that enhance both our organic and paid media presence, while ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
You'll work closely with our marketing team and creative team to produce content that drives engagement and conversion across all platforms.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute creative strategies across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identityLead market research initiatives to identify trends and opportunities across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) that can be leveraged for brand growthAnalyse competitor activities and industry trends to inform creative direction and maintain our competitive edgeWrite comprehensive creative briefs for both internal teams and external partners, clearly communicating campaign objectives, content requirements, and brand guidelinesDirect and oversee the production of high-quality content, working closely with video editors to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and campaign objectivesWork with Head of Paid Media to analyse creative performance data to optimize future campaigns and content strategiesBalance creative quality and quantity, ensuring a steady pipeline of diverse content while maintaining high standardsCollaborate with the broader marketing team to align creative strategy with business goals and promotional calendarsStay current with emerging creative tools, social media trends, and platform-specific best practicesQUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, preferably within the fitness, fashion, or eCommerce industryProven track record of developing successful creative campaigns across multiple channelsStrong proficiency with creative tools including Figma, and various video and static editing platformsExperience with project management tools like AsanaDeep understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirementsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative directionExperience in managing and directing creative teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsPortfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative directionKEY SKILLS Strong understanding of modern digital marketing strategiesExceptional creative direction and storytelling abilitiesData analysis and performance optimizationProject management and team leadershipCultural awareness and trend spottingStrategic thinking and problem-solvingAbility to balance creative vision with business objectivesStrong communication and stakeholder managementWHY YOU WILL LOVE MUSCLE NATION At Muscle Nation, you'll become part of an energetic and passionate team who are motivated by growth, innovation, and success.
