ABOUT YOU: Reporting to the Head of Creative, the Creative Production Assistant will be responsible for ensuring all creative projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
You're an organisational wizard - your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects is your strong suit.
You will have a strong understanding of creative production principles and be able to effectively plan and manage equipment, talent, and any additional shoot needs.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable juggling various tasks, from coordinating photoshoots to ensuring the in-house studio is in tip-top shape.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the planning, scheduling, sourcing and execution of creative projects, photoshoots, video productions, social media content and in-store events.Coordinate with internal and external teams pre and post production (e.g., designers, photographers, stylist, model agencies, retouches) to ensure project runs smoothly and assets are delivered on time.Assist with the post production process, including briefing retouches, colour correction and finalising creative assets.Organise and manage creative assets, such as images, video and design files.Ensure that assets are properly labelled, stored and accessible.On-set support for photoshoots, video and social content productions, including assisting with organising set design, props, and wardrobe.Organising, collecting, and returning clothes that have been loaned for photoshoots.Responsible for ensuring in-house studio is well maintained.Work with internal departments to ensure all product needing assets are prepared for shoots.Assist the Head of Creative and/or Marketing department with any administrative task as required.REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold a valid driver's license and personal vehicle – essential.Strong understanding of creative production principles and processes.Experience with creative software tools (e.g.
