It is part of the broader Marketing and Corporate Affairs (MCA) team and is responsible for many of the MCA functions, including brand strategy, brand campaigns, partnerships, social media, and creative production.This role will see you join CommBank's in-house creative agency, CBAgency.CBAgency is primarily responsible for:Creative and production services for CommBank MCA, ensuring high quality and value in every executionCreative and production excellence, including driving continual improvement in how our work is deliveredCommunication impact for our audiences and customers, ensuring that what we provide is supporting our brand strategy and communications objectivesLine Manager: Creative Lead, CBAgencyYour responsibilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborate with creative team, senior leaders, and stakeholders to generate ideas and translate the campaign brief.Be solutions orientated and able to work in a fast-paced studio environment to design from concept to end-to-end campaign delivery, across a range of channels: Print design, Simple HTML, Digital content, Generalist designSupport on asset rollout for large, multi-channel campaignsEnsure creative output meets brief requirements (Quality Control)Creative experience with moving image, animation, storyboarding and video editing to visually communicate the brand in marketAbility to present creative ideas and rationalise conceptual thinking.Continuously develop and optimise fit for channel, best in class contextual creative.Ability to manage own time and work to deadlines.Responsible for exporting and dispatching assets.Procure and supply video and imagery on request.We want to hear from people who haveDemonstrable experience with the Adobe Creative suite & Google Products: Google Web Designer, Google Studio, Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Animate, After Effects CC, Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, InDesign CC, Adobe XDConceptualisation and implementation of an idea from brief to finished art execution across digital channels.Experience thinking conceptually to generate creative territories, experience pitching ideas and the ability to rationalise your creative.Understanding of responsive design for mobile and desktop, particularly in the video/content sphere.Generalist experience in pre-press file preparation, finished art and print management is advantageous.If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
