Responsibilities: Graphic Design Revamp our document library to ensure consistent branding across all materials. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold design consistency in marketing collateral. Collaborate with the marketing teams to ensure that content creatively integrates brand messages and meets marketing objectives, enhancing audience engagement and brand loyalty. Support website design and maintenance for a seamless user experience. Stay updated on design trends to enhance our visual identity continually. Marketing Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives. Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness. Assist in organizing and promoting marketing events. Brainstorm creative marketing strategies to reach target audiences effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Ability to conceptualise and execute creative ideas for content that resonates with our target audience. Deep understanding of the creative process, from concepting through execution and have a keen sensitivity to creative workloads and project deadlines. Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative production, with a track record of projects from concept to creative execution.
