We are looking for a motivated, Creative Content Manager, to join our Internal Communications team.
Job Description What is this role about?
In this role, you will assist in developing and executing creative content to effectively communicate our company's goals, values, and initiatives to our internal stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with all divisions to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate objectives.
With a strong focus on video and our internal channels, your role will be pivotal in driving engagement.

The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following: Content Creation:?Assist in producing engaging content such as articles, newsletters, presentations, videos, and infographics.
Campaign Support:?Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns to promote company initiatives, events, and achievements.
Collaboration:?Work closely with teams across HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure messaging consistency and effective communication.
Content Management:?Help manage the content production process, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Creative Input:?Provide creative input and assist in developing visual and written content that reflects our brand identity.
Analytics:?Assist in monitoring and analysing content performance metrics to optimize future strategies and improve engagement.
Administrative Support:?Provide general administrative support to the internal communications team as needed.
Qualifications What can you bring?
Experience:?3-5 years of experience in communications, content creation, marketing or related fields? Familiarity with creative content creation tools and software.
Experience with design software including Adobe Suite or Canva? Video editing software experience Communication Skills:?Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, creativity, and storytelling.
Content Creation:?Assist in producing engaging content such as articles, newsletters, presentations, videos, and infographics.
Collaborative Spirit:?Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
