Your strategic creativity ensures that our clients' brands achieve cultural and platform relevance while experiencing substantial growth. What You'll Do: Work closely with GroupM Goat and WPP Beauty Tech Labs teams to deliver exceptional results for clients while fostering a culture of innovation.Drive big ideas that grow clients' businesses and help win more projects.Clearly articulate and deliver growth and demand strategy for GroupM's influencer offering.Identify new revenue streams, including collaboration with GroupM agencies.Lead and review creative work for the agency, especially in social, content, and digital media.Drive creative work and awards in the social space.Capture creative thinking ready for client presentation.Stay at the forefront of technology and social media trends.Play an influential role in developing GroupM Goat's social and influencer product.Spearhead and manage content strategy for projects.Collaborate with various departments to create creative strategies and content ideas.Analyze ongoing cultural and social trends and utilize relevant tools.Take a leadership role in bringing culture and trends to clients.Your Responsibilities: Creative Content Leadership: Lead the ideation and development of cutting-edge campaigns, setting the tone for creative excellence.Client Partnership Excellence: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key clients.Culture of Innovation: Set a high standard for collaboration and continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership to align creative strategies with business goals.Strategic & Tactical Guidance: Offer expertise on content and social media trends to shape strategic direction.Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of experimentation and learning within the team.Growth Driver for GroupM Influencer Solution: Lead the design and delivery of the new business growth plan.Who You Are: Content Leader: You have a passion for social media and influencer marketing with a proven track record.Client-Centric Mindset: You know how to build strong client relationships and deliver creative solutions.Team Builder & Collaborator: You're a natural leader who can foster a high-performance culture.Strategic Thinker: You have a strong strategic mindset and can balance big-picture thinking with detailed execution.Cross-Functional Team Player: You excel in a collaborative environment and work with senior leadership.Further Detail: At least 7 years of relevant experience, with five or more years in creative, content marketing, and/or social.Experience in creating social/content marketing and advertising campaigns.Experience in creating integrated social and content campaigns across all touchpoints.Demonstrated success in developing and executing creative-led campaigns.Proven ability to develop successful concepts and ideas.Strong creative vision with an eye on business objectives.Social and Digital Native; Influential.Strong understanding of social and broader media landscape.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Proven track record of driving innovation and customer satisfaction.Thorough understanding of consultative sales and senior stakeholder management.What Success Looks Like: In 3 months, you would have: Immersed yourself in the team and understood all active and upcoming campaigns.Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders.A strong understanding of GroupM's Influencer proposition.Aligned on growth targets for new business.Fully up to speed with your client(s) and able to offer insights.Engaged in strategic planning for your client(s).Established relationships with major social, video, and entertainment platforms.Conducted brainstorming sessions with different departments.Produced succinct documents that tell stories.Participated in pitches as required.In 6 months, you would have: Developed professional relationships with stakeholders.Crafted big ideas to take to clients.Demonstrated your ability to deliver efficiently and effectively.Strengthened key stakeholder relationships.Articulated your growth and new business strategy.Become a trusted team member.Offered additional value and proactivity to the strategic product.Overseen the presentation of final concepts.In 12 months, you would have: Produced innovative work for major clients.Created award-worthy work.Established yourself as an expert within GroupM Goat.Helped build out the social product.Started working on a 3-year strategy for business growth.Created a culture of adding creativity to media.Established strong relationships with social and entertainment platforms.Elevated your impact and influence within the business.Considered a key member of the team by clients and internal teams.Recognized as an integral member of the team.Apply now.
