Your role and responsibilities Develop and execute design concepts for web, mobile, and digital platforms. Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) that enhance user experience (UX). Design high-quality graphics and marketing materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on design objectives. Utilize design principles to produce creative and effective visual solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas. Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to. Continuously research and implement design trends and best practices. What you'll get... Proficiency in Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Solid understanding of design principles, UI design, and graphic design. 3 years experience in creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. Experience with prototyping tools and motion graphics preferred. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Full-time position.
