About the Role Where flexibility meets variety, this Full-Time 2x1 roster will see you gain exposure to multiple sites across the Pilbara, for major clients including the likes of FMG, RIO Roy Hill & BHP.
Working directly for Mammoet's MSA (Mining Service Agreement) division, no swing will be the same as you support shutdowns as and where required to suit business needs.
You'll gain the opportunity to work with some fantastic heavy lift equipment, including a fleet of Liebherr cranes from 130t up to 500t.
What you'll be doing: Mobilization and demobilization of the assigned crane in relevant configuration Operating the crane in line with work standards and instructions Positioning and repositioning the load Performing periodic preventative and routine maintenance Ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively What you'll need: To be a permanent West Australian resident Minimum 2 years' experience with operating cranes above 130t capacity High Risk Work License - CO and RI/RA (must be willing to Rig if required) Driver's License - HR minimum Evidence of experience in a similar FIFO role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: Maintenance, Mining and Construction within the Pilbara FMG, RIO or Roy Hill inductions desirable but not essential What you'll get: Accumulation of annual and sick leave as a full-time employee Opportunity to upskill yourself alongside experienced Mammoet operators and managers Employee Rewards & Recognition Program for monthly, quarterly and annual prizes Access to Mammoet's Employee Assistance Program Salary Sacrifice Options Available!
