Mining - Engineering & Maintenance (Mining, Resources & Energy)
Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated Crane Maintenance Supervisor for a site-based opportunity in Lihir Island, Papua New Guinea, on a 22:20 roster.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in project operations and will be responsible for the coordination, maintenance and compliance of a range of plant and equipment on site.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Plan and coordinate the maintenance of plant and equipmentEnsure compliance with policies and procedures, both internal and clientLiaise with a wide range of suppliers and contractors in relation to the maintenance of plant and equipmentMaintain accurate records through the use of registersProvide breakdown response and coordinate repairsEnsure timely delivery of plant and equipment to meet contractual and project schedulesWhat you will bring Extensive experience in servicing/repairs of Franna Cranes and Tadano All Terrain CranesAustralian recognised mechanical trade certificate5+ years of relevant experience in mining, heavy industrial or minerals processing environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven record of coaching and mentoring individuals and teamsA strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environmentExcellent time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlinesProof of right to work in Australia and a valid passportLife at Monadelphous We celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
