We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who loves having things organised, has excellent communication skills, thrives in a small well-managed team environment, and has high attention to detail.
Your Duties Provide a high level of customer service to customers. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Respond to emails. Process payroll and superannuation. Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks. Reconcile accounts. Prepare and lodge BAS and PAYG reports. Your Attributes Be presentable and well-mannered. 3+ years experience in a similar role. Enjoy working both within a small team and autonomously. Excellent time management with an ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to self-motivate. Ability to learn new systems quickly. Appropriate ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Provide backup support during staff absences. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The role will initially be on a casual basis approx. 25hrs/wk before transitioning to full-time, so availability between 8am-4:30pm is a requirement.
