This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate with industry experience in the same or similar position to make a significant impact on our School of Trades Department. In this role, you will report to the Deputy Dean and be responsible for managing and coordinating the curriculum requirements for the School of Trades.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance in training delivery. Developing and monitoring project/rectification plans. Managing audit activities. Providing timely reports and advice on compliance matters. Supporting regulatory audits. Handling responses to regulatory communications. Sound knowledge of ASQA regulatory processes, advice and directives. TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment equivalent or higher and industry experience in a similar position, with 5 years highly regarded; OR recent industry experience in a similar role or project management in the VET sector with an understanding of undertaking quality audits and compliance. Compliance and regulatory understanding as it relates to credit transfers, RPL, and gap training. Ability to review curriculum against training packages and training.gov.au. Having a combination of relevant experience and/or higher education/training; OR postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; OR extensive experience and management expertise.
