We are seeking applications for a Marketing Officer position at our Rockhampton location. Successful applicants will possess a strong understanding of the local labour market, be adept at cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and be confident in engaging with businesses to discuss staffing solutions. In this role, you will facilitate access to employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Selection criteria includes: Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, and experience and/or ability in recruitment, job matching and placement, preferably within the disability sector. 'Can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic fun environment! Experience and knowledge with Mental Health would be advantageous. Drive and energy to achieve quality outcomes. Great communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to consult, negotiate and problem solve. Ability to build key partnerships with businesses in the local community.
