Responsibilities include: Reverse marketing and cold canvassing to potential employers to source work trials and new employment opportunities.
Generate and optimise employment for job seekers.
Create job opportunities with effective marketing plans.
Inspire and coach job seekers to reach their employment goals!
Able to work independently with the ability to work in a team environment.
Be committed to our values and helping others succeed.
Selection criteria includes: Brokering and maintaining effective relationships with employers, proactively understanding their resourcing needs and successfully matching candidates to opportunities for participants.

Experience and knowledge with Mental Health would be advantageous.
Drive and energy to achieve quality outcomes.
You will be outcomes focused and enjoy the challenge of meeting targets and deadlines.
Be organised with strong administration skills.
A valid C class driving licence.
Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start.
