As our new Administration Assistant, you will coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements out of our Beenleigh office, with occasional cover at our other local sites.
Operating in a busy environment, you will utilise your superb organisational skills and excellent customer service skills in order to provide high quality support to our support service team.
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet and phone/emails General administration functions, such as filing and records management Providing admin support to our local team Petty cash, corporate card, reconciliations Can you bring:
