Construction Supervisor – CPC Engineering CPC Engineering, a trusted provider of capex projects and maintenance services in the Pilbara and surrounding remote areas, is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Based in Karratha, you will enjoy the opportunity of working on the sites of our Oil & Gas clients, Mining and other commercial facilities, delivering a superior service to our customers with the support of a strong team. We are looking for trades with an all-round knowledge of the construction industry with experience working with various materials and industry practices. About the Role: As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. Working with our skilled local workforce, you will manage trades across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and more.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate site activities to meet project schedules and quality standards. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Lead and mentor a diverse team of tradespeople, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively. Manage resources, including equipment and materials, to optimize project efficiency. Prepare and submit daily reports, documenting progress and challenges. About You: Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction or engineering sector. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with exceptional organizational abilities. Experience working in remote areas and managing multiple disciplines (highly regarded). Relevant trade or engineering qualifications (desirable). A valid driver's license and the ability to work FIFO (within WA) or relocate to the Pilbara region.
