Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

We are seeking an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments at our Leura clinic.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service in obstructive sleep apnea management.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


Serve as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clientsEngage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone and email communicationsOffer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirementsCollaborate with healthcare professionals and service providersPromote and upsell our product range and servicesMaintain and sterilise clinic equipmentMaintain inventory and process clinic ordersAre you a MATCH?


Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environmentsExceptional communication skillsIndependent clinic management capabilityBroad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interactionProficiency with Google Suite applicationsKeen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplinesStrong organisational and administrational skillsWe offer:
