The role
Reporting to the Director of Sleep Solutions, the main purpose of this role is to drive the sales of the Sleep Solutions business within the CPAP Clinics of the assigned region.
As part of the role, the Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the ALH CPAP Therapy Consultants and CPAP Therapy Specialists within their region.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Drive sales of the sleep business within the Air Liquide's CPAP clinics Manage a team of CPAP Consultants and Specialists Build synergy between team members and other groups in the assigned region Participate in trade shows and relevant events to promote products and services Generate, monitor, and present team's Key Performance Indicators Handle customer complaints and their appropriate resolutions Collaborate with the rest of the Management Team Promote a safe working environment and abide by stipulated regulations Regular travels to CPAP Clinics in Townsville and Mackay Minimum Requirements:
Tertiary qualification and/or related experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong management and business development capabilities Effective leadership and organisational skills Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical journals, financial reports and legal documents In-depth understanding of medical supplies and or pharmacy business We offer:
