Court Services Victoria (CSV) was established as an independent statutory body corporate to provide administrative and expert support to Victoria's system of self-administered courts.
CSV provides corporate support services to the Supreme Court, the County Court, the Magistrate's Court, the Children's Court, the Coroner's Court, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Judicial College of Victoria, and the Judicial Commission of Victoria.
These entities and CSV are collectively known as 'Courts Group'.

About the Role
The Senior Manager, Psychological Health and Safety, will play a fundamental role in managing and driving an integrated approach for managing psychosocial risks within the Courts Group.
This leadership position is responsible for driving the strategic implementation of psychological health and safety initiatives, ensuring the development of a proactive and responsive approach across the organisation.
The successful candidate will oversee the establishment of robust psychosocial risk management practices, build organisational capability, and deliver tailored interventions to address risks and support the well-being of all employees within the Courts Group.

Key responsibilities will include:
Embed CSV's health, safety, and wellbeing strategy, focusing on risk prevention, early intervention, and recovery support Establish psychosocial risk management frameworks, policies and guidance to align with current legislation, standards and contemporary evidence Identify emerging risks, consult with stakeholders and establish effective prevention plans and controls Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on managing complex psychosocial issues, tailored to differing needs across the Courts group Provide timely support and early intervention for critical incidents and emerging concerns, recommending fit-for-purpose interventions to mitigate the risks Develop and deliver evidence-based programs, initiatives, and workshops to increase awareness and capabilities around psychosocial issues Evaluate and provide regular reporting on data trends and the effectiveness of relationships Foster collaborative relationships to embed a culture of trust and partnership About You
Demonstrated experience of leading psychosocial risk assessments and policy design and systemic interventions.
Adept at translating strategic initiatives into actionable programs and projects that achieve desired outcomes.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform decision-making.
Expertise in identifying common issues across stakeholder groups.
Proven ability to influence at a senior level, build collaborative partnerships and drive change.
Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively in both presentations and written formats, establishing credibility and trust.
Experience with leading a team within a complex government or legal environment.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology or psychological health and safety management and regulation.
Registered psychologist with AHPRA, with an Area of Practice Endorsement in Organisational Psychology.
