ProSidian Seeks a Business Analysis and Training Support Instructor (AFRC1) located: CONUS - Aurora, Colorado to provide Sector related Solutions on behalf of The Space Force.
JOB OVERVIEW The Course Instructor for Training Content Support at ProSidian Consulting will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training content to empower Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) and Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization (HQ RIO) stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Collaborate with subject matter experts and the creative team to design and develop training modules for a wide range of audiences. Create engaging and interactive training content, including animations, quizzes, tests, slides, videos, and scenario-based learning experiences. Customize training materials to meet the unique needs of various audiences. Utilize graphics and programming software to integrate visual elements, text, and audio. Ensure training materials adhere to the ProSidian Engagement Team's quality standards. Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to deploy training content on the Moodle-based platform. Provide training to government staff on updating and modifying training content on the LMS platform. Maintain awareness of industry trends, instructional design methodologies, and best practices. Desired Qualifications For Instructor (AFRC7) Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in instructional design or training content creation. Proficiency in multimedia software tools, including graphics and video editing software. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate training materials. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into training content. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Understanding of instructional design principles. Skills / Abilities / Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related roles. Portfolio showcasing previous work in designing training content. Skills Required Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail. Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. U.S. Citizenship Required. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. Commitment to work with diverse backgrounds to solve challenges. Willingness to constantly learn and grow.
