About the role:Exciting opportunity to join Box Hill Institute our Course Coordinator Animal Care- RSPCA!
This opportunity is part time 3 days per week until December 2025.Within this role, you will lead a team of education professionals to design, deliver, evaluate and continuously improve leading edge programs for their area.
As the operational leader for the programs, you will optimise resourcing, and manage day to day operational effectiveness.
You will also be providing ongoing professional development for the team, and proactively manage team and individual performance.The Course Coordinator, RSPCA is a member of the Science and Animal Studies team within The Faculty of Health, Community, Disability and Animal Sciences.
Together with the Director and Manager, the Course Coordinator manages delivery that is aligned with the overall BHI Strategy and Education Strategy.
You will be responsible for student experience and outcomes of the area, including out of classroom student experience in conjunction with key stakeholders across BHI.You will have the opportunity to support, coach and train Teachers to deliver an excellent student experience and provide necessary support in achieving student outcomes.
Coordinators may teach as required.The Faculty of Health, Disability, Community and Animal Sciences provides a wide range of teaching and learning programs at local and international campuses.
The Faculty delivers nationally recognised training to over 3,000 students in courses ranging from Certificates to Diploma level qualifications.
