About your new position: You will play an integral role as a technical and subject matter expert for our Coupa S2P (Source to Pay) environment. Your scope of work involves current Coupa modules integrated with SAP, Mincom Ellipse, and other ERPs, along with systems like Boomi and PowerBI. You'll collaborate with colleagues on internal and external audits, monitoring, reporting, and the continuous evaluation of our systems and processes.
Reporting structure: Reporting to the Coupa Global Support Manager, you'll work closely with the Regional Middleware Lead and other Regional Support teams (e.g., ERP, infrastructure). You'll manage third-party service provider resources to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
