We are investing in new and existing capabilities and have a number of exciting opportunities available. Provide vital coordination and support for all of the sustainable 5 green star concept store projects for Country Road Group Brands.
As Country Road and Trenery continue to lead the retail industry in their commitment to ethical and sustainable practices, we have created a new Project Coordinator role that will support the delivery of all of our 5 green star sustainable stores.
You will be pivotal in supporting the Country Road Group brands deliver these store concepts and you will be wholly responsible for collating all relevant documentation to verify our sustainable submissions.
Working closely with suppliers and contractors, you will also have a crucial impact in ensuring ethical practices and materials sourced align with our sustainable objectives.
Based in Melbourne with a hybrid mix of time in the office and from home, this role will suit a bright, engaging and emerging construction professional who is passionate about supporting and coordinating a team that is consistently on the move.
Key Accountabilities Work collaboratively with stakeholders to assist with project initiatives to timeline and budget.Collate and submit all documentation that supports/verifies the sustainable nature of the project in line with the 5 green star rating requirements.Update and maintain information in a consistent, accurate, and reliable manner.Support the Project Manager with management of quotes, budgets, and administration duties.Organise and maintain store project files and general files accordingly.Proactively follow up on construction to ensure that all design briefs from the group architects and engineers are aligned with the council policies.Assist and provide guidance with all stores and Support Office maintenance.Key Capabilities A candidate with a passion for sustainability, ethical practices and the circular economy is essential.Outstanding time management and great organisational skills.Strong administration and coordination skills with high attention to detail.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel background will be highly regarded).Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of staff.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage confidential information.Exposure to working within a construction, property or real estate team within a retail environment will be highly regarded.Why work for Country Road Group?
