The Role Country Road Group has an opportunity for a Casual Receptionist to join our team at our Botanica Support Office in Burnley. Reporting to the Building Manager, Facilities you will be a key point of contact and greet all internal and external visitors in person or via phone in a friendly and helpful manner, listening to their needs and determining the best route for their enquiry.
Please note this is a casual role, 2-3 days a week, 4-5 hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities Meet and greet external visitorsMaintain the visitors log and ensure that all visitors are signed in and provided a visitor's passAnswer all incoming phone calls and directing as neededBook and coordinate meetings and related tasksOn site contact person for maintenance/ suppliers/ external clientsEnter data and maintain time sheetsManage the daily incoming and outgoing mail processingProactively maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, and meeting roomsOther ad hoc administration tasks including ordering stationery, filing, budget tracking, meeting minutes etc.The Ideal Candidate has Previous experience as a receptionist or customer facing role within a fast-paced environmentAn understanding of a retail fashion businessA proactive approach with a strong focus on customer serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolutions focused and has the ability to multitask and prioritiseIntermediate computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft suite of packages is essentialWhy work for us?
