Categories : Store Management As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the concession stores financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.
This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed.
Key responsibilities Drive a customer centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful instore experience.To drive sales, profit and productivity, by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.Ensure the team have an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training and development.Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers and Cluster Managers.Embody our key cultural values of:Customer Obsessed, Collaborative, Inspirational, Responsible, Dedicated To Quality.
