Your role as Assistant Accountant for The Country Road Group will provide important support to the daily financial operations of the business, cash management and tender reconciliation.
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you'll be responsible for preparing various financial records including monthly accounting entries, balance sheet reconciliations and annual and half yearly reports, preparing month and year end documents.
Essential to this role is strong communication skills to work alongside internal and external stakeholders offering support on projects and program upgrades, in a fast-paced retail environment.
This role is based in our Burnley head office with hybrid/flexible working arrangements.
