The RoleYour role as Country Manager, reporting to the head office in Europe, will see you; drive growth in the region primarily through your sales leadershipbring insight & structure to the Australasian growth strategyengage with and help deliver innovative solutions to key customers & stakeholders across major DCs in a diverse range of industries (retail, freight & logistics, postal, warehousing & manufacturing)lead and develop the team across Australasiahelp create a regional hub to increase supply chain efficiencies from key Asian suppliersserve as a conduit for ideas and products from the European Head Office and the wider global infrastructurereport on progress to budget, providing regular revenue and profit forecastsWhat you bringThis high impact role allows you to bring together your leadership and sales skills. As a visionary and innovative leader, you have experience in growing businesses through ever increasing technology and products from a global parent.You will bring industry experience from the warehousing and distribution arena understanding the key issues being faced and the drive for increased efficiency.
