Counterbalance Forklift Driver/ Production Worker

Location: Smeaton Grange
Hours: 9:30 am -5:30 pm + OT
Opportunity for cross-training in different sections of the Factory

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift for container unloading
- Manual container Unloading
- Picking and packing orders efficiently
- Pallet stacking to optimise storage space
- Loading trucks for distribution

Requirements:
- Forklift license with a minimum of 6 months experience
- Must be fit and able to lift up to 25 kg
- Own vehicle for transportation preferred
- Ideally, experience in a steel or manufacturing environment
- Full-time availability and legal working rights in Australia
- Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols
- Great attendance, reliability, punctuality, and overall good attitude with the ability to follow instructions andaccept feedback
