As a Counter Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued sales growth of the store through delivering excellent customer service, while ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures, including:
Contributing to improving processes at the counter by ensuring systems are implemented and followed Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as required Train and support new counter team members in understanding all systems and processes About you
