About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. 
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. About the Role This role reports to the Service Leader within the Service Delivery Group (SDG).
Stakeholders are varied and may be represented persons, administrators, guardians, support services as well as VCAT members and staff.
The Counter Coordinator is tasked with answering enquiries received at the counter, facilitating activities necessary for the efficient running of hearings, and undertaking some administrative tasks.
Support users to the VCAT venue who have diverse and unique needs. Provide procedural and process advice relating to participating in VCAT matters and help them navigate through their VCAT experience.
Act as a primary point of contact and refer to other areas of the business where necessary to resolve issues raised relating VCAT matters.
