The RoleReporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated person to join the team in our Mildura Branch. You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning, and career-minded.
Duties include:
Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone
Counter sales including customer development
Follow up and provide notification of outstanding orders
Maintain a professional store presentation
Assist with receipt and dispatch of products
Pick, pack, and deliver orders to customers
Stock management
Raise quotations and follow-up on quotations
Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies
Contribute to continuous improvement
Required skills and attributes:
Competent PC skills
Professional personal presentation
Customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills
Industry experience is not essential; just a willingness to learn, confidence, and a desire to develop your skills and knowledge. You will need to be able to perform manual handling tasks and be available to work some overtime. A forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
