We are currently experiencing an exciting growth stage and we continue to be committed to our objective to be an efficient and effective supply chain manager of products and services.  Job Description Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an experienced Internal Salesperson / Parts Interpreter to join our team in Albany.
A little bit about the role: Attend to counter, telephone and online orders and enquiries Follow up customer quotes Assist in converting customer quotes to sales Process customer orders including sourcing, packing and despatch You'll have the full support of your team and the opportunity to constantly develop your skills and knowledge Desired Skills and Experience Here's a bit about you: You're naturally a team player with a desire to provide exceptional customer service You've got proven customer service experience, ideally in the industrial retail sector You've got a strong mechanical aptitude You're great at multitasking and prioritising You've got great interpersonal and communication skills So why join Applied?
