You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning, and career-minded.Duties include:Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phoneCounter sales including customer developmentFollow up and provide notification of outstanding ordersMaintain a professional store presentationAssist with receipt and dispatch of productsPick, pack, and deliver orders to customersStock managementRaise quotations and follow upComply with company & customer QHSE standards & policiesContribute to continuous improvementRequired skills and attributes:Competent PC skillsProfessional personal presentationCustomer service experienceStrong attention to detailWillingness to learn new skillsIndustry experience is not essential; just a willingness to learn, confidence, and a desire to develop your skills and knowledge.
You will need to be able to perform manual handling tasks and be available to work some overtime.
