Are you an administrative professional with a passion for client service? Count Gold Coast (Count GC) is seeking a dedicated Client Services Administrator to join our Southport team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.

About the role
This is a highly varied, fast-paced role, with the responsibility of providing an outstanding level of client and process support.
Key Responsibilities include:
Preparation and implementation of client financial compliance and tax documentation (inc. tax packs, company records, engagement letters) Manage client correspondence and enquiries over the phone and via written communication Handle correspondence with third parties like the ATO and ASIC and ensure timely follow-ups. Manage yours and your team's workflow Assist in client onboarding and maintain accurate client records Collaborate with team members to enhance team workflow and client satisfaction What we're looking for (is this YOU?)
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial or professional services sector Excellent organisational and time management skills Outstanding communication skills - you are passionate about client service and are comfortable interacting with various stakeholders Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - you don't just sit on an issue, you actively seek a solution Team player with a collaborative mindset but also willing to work efficiently and autonomously Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using software such as Xero, FYI docs, XPM would be viewed favourably. Our tech stack includes: XPM, Xero, FYI Docs, Practice Ignition and Dashboard Insights.
