About RuahRuah is a leading values-driven employer in Western Australia's community services sector. Our staff go boldly, not just supporting people in need, but working to end homelessness, end domestic violence and create opportunities for people struggling with poverty and mental health challenges.
Our professional team of operational and corporate services staff is backed by one of WA's biggest Peer support workforces. Our staff reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion, where difference is valued, celebrated and embraced.

About the RoleRuah is proud to be developing the Karlup Service, a holistic, wraparound recovery-based model aimed at supporting women and children to heal from family and domestic violence. The Karlup Service will provide a range of offerings from the Ruah Centre for Women and Children (RCWC), a state-of-the-art purpose-built facility in Perth's CBD.
The Karlup Service Children's Counselling Offering recognises that the health and wellbeing of children and young people who have experienced family and domestic violence (FDV), either directly or as witnesses to the abuse of their mother or caregiver, is significantly impacted. Children and young people growing up in homes where there is FDV are more vulnerable to other forms of abuse such as neglect, sexual abuse, and physical abuse.
