Level 8 - Salary $108,274 - $114,868 (excluding super and locality allowance) plus an additional Council Services Manager Allowance of $7,000 per year.

About the roleThe Council Services Manager (CSM) will lead and strategically manage the Council Services unit in the community to deliver efficient and effective services aligned with the East Arnhem Regional Council's goals.
The CSM will foster community engagement, drive operational excellence, and nurture team development to achieve superior service delivery, environmental sustainability, and cultural responsiveness within the community.
