WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We are currently recruiting qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to be part of our team!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on company aircraft to ensure compliance with publications and regulatory standards and maintain aircraft operational availability. Document maintenance activities and ensure that work sheets, logs, tracking updates and other required records are complete and submitted in a timely manner. Collaborate with a team of managers, engineers, pilots and emergency service personnel to maximize aircraft readiness and availability. Assist in base activities such as task preparations, stores and GSE maintenance tasks required in support of the ongoing operation. Be responsible for tool control and the general condition, upkeep and housekeeping of any hangar, workshop or related work areas and vehicles. Nurture a safe working culture and compliance with SMS and other company documentation. REQUIREMENTS: Current CASA Part 66 Aircraft Engineer license with B1 and or B2 category. Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card. Type rated or experience on any of Chinook CH-47, Bell 412, Sikorsky UH-60, Boeing 737, Cessna Citation and/or Beechcraft King Air airframes. An understanding of CASA regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to interpret maintenance documents, directives, maintenance data reporting, using technical orders.
