ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the hunt for an engagement superstar to join our team as the Team Giving and Travel Coordinator – a position bursting with excitement and opportunity! You will play a key part in strengthening the connection between our team and the Foundation and have the chance to travel for work! You'll be at the heart of reinvigorating our Team Giving program, connecting people to the Foundation like never before.
Field Trips:
Our Cotton On Group Field Trips are one of a kind, offered to team members around the globe to give them a once in a lifetime experience to witness the Foundation's impact. From our projects in Uganda to Thailand to the Great Barrier Reef and more, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of these trips. You will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to drive the success of these Field trips.
Team Giving:
You will support in delivering our new Team Giving program globally and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver quarterly impact updates across our 3 pillars. You will drive and coordinate engagement opportunities via the program to give the team a behind-the-scenes experience of the impact they're contributing to.
General Engagement:
As a key member of the Foundation Engagement team, you will be an engagement champion across the business. This could see you delivering updates at team huddles, supporting the team with impact information to share with their teams, and helping us bring our people closer to the impact.
We will also look to you to develop internal activity that promotes the Foundation's vision and model, while identifying new team engagement opportunities within our current partnerships.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Extremely organised and able to efficiently manage day-to-day operations of Foundation. Knowledge & understanding of the Foundation Mission/Vision Strong organisation and communication skills and the ability to liaise with all departments and management levels Ability to build relationships / partnerships within the non-profit sector Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated and the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment A flair in coming up with new and innovative ideas To be able to react to varying timelines and meet set deadlines Ability to travel to Foundation Field projects in remote locations OUR CULTURE
