Working with the Store Manager, embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and Brand ambassadors within your store.
Identifying operational opportunities and making commercial decisions that improve the customer experience and store results.
Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity, wage targets and operational efficiencies.
Help identify the team's development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement and performance to build our bench for future succession.
Planning and communicating targets to motivate the team to achieve goals.
Collaborate with the Store Manager & key business partners to lead and deliver visual and loss prevention standards.
Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading the team on how they can make life-changing impact on our projects around the world.
