ABOUT THE ROLE
We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Marketplace Lead to become a key part of our team on a 12 month MAT leave contract. As a pivotal member, you'll lead your department, forging strong connections with our marketplace partners to drive sales within the Marketplace Channel.
Your role will involve bridging the gap between our brand and partners, ensuring that our product offerings are both enticing and in line with our company's overarching goals. You'll be at the forefront of managing Cotton On ranges on our partner sites, presenting ranges to key partners and navigating our internal and external processes.
You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a strong Marketplace experience for our customers and drive sales for the Cotton On Ladies and Rubi brands. Additionally, you will manage Marketplace KPI targets, oversee promotional and marketing plans to support the product range and drive growth, manage budgets and forecasting, and analyze partner trade activity and available inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will also extend to managing partner image and data requirements to uphold our brand's integrity and strengthen partner relationships. You will manage and resolve errors that impact operational flow.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience working in a similar Wholesale / Sales Lead role Excellent analytical skills, including financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights that will inform decision making Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with all levels of stakeholders Strong operational and technical proficiency Strong Microsoft Excel skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product teams and key stakeholders Proven planning, organizational and time management skills to adhere to timelines OUR CULTURE
