ABOUT THE ROLE
Excitingly, we're on the lookout for a Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our team.
In this role, which covers the full stack, you'll join the Finance & Analytics team to take charge of our Reporting & Analytics systems and be responsible for undertaking various forms of analysis, development, and support to deliver our roadmap.
On our roadmap to move our legacy reporting to a modern data platform, you will be partnering with key stakeholders and our team to achieve our goals.
You will be ingesting various data sources into our centralised reporting hub and transforming this data into repeatable data models that will be used by our dashboards and interactive reports.
In addition to this, you will be managing the day-to-day activities of our offshore data engineers by having daily catchups, regular sprint reviews, and always ensuring we are delivering quality and robust solutions at speed that will stand the test of time.
Along the way, you will be continuously looking for ways to improve our processes and with plenty of old reporting tech for us to decommission, we do need someone that has a keen eye for detail and experience in delivering quality reporting and analytics solutions.
You will also work closely with relevant end users and IT teams including distribution, retail, integration, and people, partnering deliverables as required.
