ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an Ecommerce Optimisation Coordinator to join the Cotton On team. In this role, you will identify and coordinate digital optimisation initiatives and provide operational support to ensure a well-managed ecommerce platform that enables our brand's digital customer experience teams to deliver sales growth. You will leverage available tools to enhance website functionality and collaborate with broader Digital Customer Experience teams to identify optimisation opportunities. Additionally, you will support the analysis and interpretation of data from digital channels, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making and drive improvements in customer engagement and overall revenue outcomes.
