The Salon Coordinator at Amaraa Hair is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring a seamless, luxurious client experience while supporting the team and driving business efficiency. This dynamic role involves managing appointments, client communications, and social media inquiries, while also handling inventory, retail sales, and daily financial tasks.
You'll maintain a polished salon ambiance, oversee all appointments, scheduling and meetings, and coordinate appointments, promotions and events. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with policies, manage client records, and provide operational support to enhance team productivity.
