Lead High-Performance Teams: Oversee and inspire teams to achieve peak performance in yield and quality, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency. Quality Assurance Champion: Uphold rigorous quality standards, implementing robust systems to deliver exceptional product consistency. Collaborative Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with horticulturalists and cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and maximize profitability. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality assurance regulations. Administrative Proficiency: Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including payroll and reporting, to support seamless operations. Skills and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field (desirable). Experience Guide: - Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months).
- Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months).
Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze information and identify solutions is crucial. Computer Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and basic computer programs like Excel and Word is required.
