About the RoleAs a Cost Specialist, Institutional in our team, you'll play a key role in helping to drive continuous improvement of cost processes to extract efficiencies, ensuring the optimisation of controls, management of risks, points of friction and governance obligations are met on a continuous basis; drawing on Cost CoE process experts to build a first class capability in Finance, focusing on best practice cost management and consistency of implementation across all Divisions in collaboration with relevant GPOs.
You will primarily be Divisionally aligned; and have generalist Finance skills with line of business level responsibilities.
As a divisionally aligned Cost Expert you will be co-located with Divisional Insight Business Partners and the Divisional Performance Management team forming close relationships with our peers to deliver a seamless service proposition for your stakeholders.

What will your day look like?As a Cost Associate Institutional, you will:
Manage the monthly financial close process for line of business costs, including finalisation of actuals, PcP & driver based analytical review.Own and run line of business Cost Models used to facilitate Planning and Forecasting/Outlook processes.Under the guidance of Divisional Insight Business Partners, develop and maintain relationships with Business stakeholders required to execute your responsibilities.Share and disseminate your expertise from your previous COPE experience to contribute to the expansion of knowledge and end-to-end capabilities across the Cost CoE.Maintain cost financial integrity and meet cost-related statutory obligations for the Australia geography.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
