Team Dynamics The Estimating team is detail-oriented, competitive, and enthusiastic about tackling exciting projects.
The Cost Planner / Senior will play a critical role to the Estimating Manager, providing mentorship and development to the junior team members while actively contributing to the success of their tenders.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex tenders up to $200M Oversee Extensive Cost Planning, Hard Dollar Tendering, ECI Negotiation, Subcontractor Analysis, Cost Benchmarking, and Forensic Cost Profiling Ensure the quality and accuracy of tender submissions Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors Work on diverse projects including Hospitals, Data Centres, Defence Facilities, and more, primarily within NSW Software Requirement Proficiency in CostX is imperative; experience with Bluebeam is also beneficial.
Ideal Candidate Experience: 4-8 years of Quantity Surveying / Cost Planning experience in Australia. Track Record: Proven experience working on projects valued between $30M - $50M. Skills: Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
